Dangerous goods
Our expertise also stretches out to the field of transporting dangerous goods. For road and rail different types of hazardous goods regulations are distinguished:
ADR – “European Agreement on the International Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road”
RID – “Regulation concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail”
Our selected drivers are certified to carry hazardous shipments and are accustomed in this kind of transport. They secure your load, apply identifying markings and make sure the transport itself is carried out in accordance with all applicable regulations.
When your dangerous goods are transported by rail, thus becoming subject to RID-regulations, one of our selected railoperators takes over as soon as the container is delivered to their terminal. They assume the task of coordinating seamless cooperation with us, terminals and railway companies in order to handle approvals and solve any problems that may occur along the way.
